1. Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at orders@heritagebrims.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.

2. Refund Policy

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Prepaid Labels: In some cases, we may provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this, the order may already be processed for shipping.
